Today's youth will become tomorrow's
leaders. Through the guidance of experienced officers and instructors,
cadets are given the skills and encouraged to practice effective
communication skills and positive leadership. They learn the characteristics
an individual needs to become an effective and respected leader,
ie. honesty, responsibility, confidence, and dependability. They
are taught the principles of leadership in areas of strengths and
limitations, responsibility, training and decision-making.
